Had to wait quite a few days for an appointment with a doctor - not so good - however the staff and doctor are very good indeed and I have no complaints regarding them.

Swift emergency appointment.Excellent service from receptionist, Dr. Buehle and dispensary for prescription.

The Doctors and Nurses themselves are great however, are extremely let down by their receptionists! Who are either rude or just not helpful. I feel they are working in an extremely sensitive environment however, this is not reflected in their customer service skills which are lacking to say the least!
